The Creativity Center’s mission is to encourage the creativity in individuals and to preserve the architectural philosophy of Alden B. Dow.
The ACA views creativity as a discipline and defines the field in broad terms to include psychological and social processes as well as implementation processes (innovation) and impacts. The ACA acts as a forum for professionals seeking to explore and develop traditional and new ideas and technologies that promote creativity.

The Jerome and Dorothy Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation was founded in 1995 at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History. They encourage inventive creativity in young people and document, interpret, and disseminate information about invention and innovation.
The European Association for Creativity and Innovation (E.A.C.I.) wants to contribute to a better understanding, practice and acceptance of creativity and innovation in Europe. The E.A.C.I. wants to achieve this by organizing conferences; building a network of interested persons in the subjects of creativity and innovation; stimulating research and distributing research publications.
